• What training have the guards undergone?

  Our training program consists of classroom training that covers general security procedures. In addition, all security personnel receive specific on-site training for each individual client. All security officers are properly trained before starting their assignment.

• How much experience do your guards have?

  There are certain skills that you need to obtain in order to become a successful security guard. Some of the most common skills are listed below. Along with each skill, we provide an actual example of how someone included the skill on their resume:
  1. Customer Service -- Managed detailed records, recognized public safety hazards, operated computerized surveillance system, and provided excellent customer services.
  2. Communication -- Required skills include detail oriented observation skills, superb interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and schedule management.
  3. Safety Rules -- Supervised a detailed nightly log for all after-hour visitation and monitored parking lot surveillance footage to ensure safety.
  4. Security Services -- Provided internal security services at designated US diplomatic facilities in order to prevent the compromise of classified material and equipment.
  5. Emergency -- Detected and observed any unusual or abnormal conditions, assesses the situation and institutes emergency procedures by radio and telephone. .

• What requirements do you have for armed guards?

  Becoming an armed security guard is different than becoming an unarmed security guard. The process usually takes longer and has more requirements. A good first step could be to become an unarmed security guard to gain experience. Unarmed security guards must be 22 years of age, have attended training either JKT or Reserved Army(Mganbo) or equivalent, pass a background check and receive on-the-job training, which is usually granted once training is complete. Through job duties such as monitoring security cameras, detaining violators, controlling building access, and calling police, fire, and ambulance services in emergencies, an individual can gain the basic skills and experience necessary for a future armed position.

• Do you do a background check on all of your guards?

The process includes confirming employment history, authenticating educational credentials reviewing searching for any prior criminal records or jail time.
